Service Description
Couples Discovery Call $100 · 45 minutes · credited toward any couples booking within 30 days Two perspectives. One honest starting point. Before we work together as a couple, we take time to get to know you both. The Couples Discovery Call is a 45-minute conversation with both partners about where your relationship is right now, what you each want to feel, and what’s been getting in the way. You’ll each have space to share your perspective, and you’ll leave with clarity on whether The Duet, a Couples Tune-Up, or another path is the best fit for you. If QUIVR isn’t the right fit, I’ll tell you honestly. Your $100 fee is credited in full toward any QUIVR couples session or program booked within 30 days. A Couples Discovery Call is required before enrolling in The Duet. Both partners attend. When you book, each partner completes a short intake form. Calls are held virtually. QUIVR offers coaching and education, not therapy or medical care.
Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling & cancellations: 48-hour notice 48 hours or more before your session: reschedule or cancel at no charge. Your deposit moves to your new date or is refunded. Less than 48 hours before your session: your deposit is non-refundable. You’re welcome to rebook with a new deposit. Late arrivals & no-shows I’ll wait 10 minutes past your start time. Sessions still end at the scheduled time. After 10 minutes without contact, the session is cancelled and your deposit is kept. If you’re running late, message QUIVRteam@quivr.global before your start time and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. Programs (Pleasure Reset & Couples Intimacy Program) Program sessions follow the same 48-hour notice. Late cancellations and no-shows count as a used session. Programs should be completed within 12 weeks of your first session. Program fees are non-refundable once your first session has taken place. Private Gatherings 14 days or more before your event: reschedule at no charge, or cancel for a full deposit refund. Less than 14 days before your event: your deposit is non-refundable, but it can be applied to a new date within 6 months. Life happens For genuine emergencies, such as illness or a family crisis, please reach out. One courtesy reschedule may be offered at QUIVR’s discretion.
