Service Description
Couples Tune-Up 75 min Every relationship hits moments when connection feels harder than it should. Desire doesn't match. Conversations turn into arguments. Life gets busy, and you realize you've become excellent co-managers of a household and strangers in the bedroom. The Couples Tune-Up is a 75-minute session for both partners to work through a specific moment together. In a warm, judgment-free space, we'll name what's really happening between you, open up the conversation you've been circling, and give you practical tools you can use that same night. A Couples Tune-Up is ideal for: • Mismatched desire or a shift in intimacy • Navigating a big transition, like an empty nest, menopause, or a health change • Rebuilding communication about needs and pleasure • Partners who want to experience QUIVR coaching together before committing to a program Sessions are held virtually and are completely confidential. You'll leave with clarity, a shared language, and at least one new way to reconnect. Want to go deeper? The Duet offers six sessions of guided work together. QUIVR offers coaching and education, not therapy or medical care. Couples experiencing abuse or crisis should seek support from a licensed professional.
Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling & cancellations: 48-hour notice 48 hours or more before your session: reschedule or cancel at no charge. Your deposit moves to your new date or is refunded. Less than 48 hours before your session: your deposit is non-refundable. You’re welcome to rebook with a new deposit. Late arrivals & no-shows I’ll wait 10 minutes past your start time. Sessions still end at the scheduled time. After 10 minutes without contact, the session is cancelled and your deposit is kept. If you’re running late, message QUIVRteam@quivr.global before your start time and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. Programs (Pleasure Reset & Couples Intimacy Program) Program sessions follow the same 48-hour notice. Late cancellations and no-shows count as a used session. Programs should be completed within 12 weeks of your first session. Program fees are non-refundable once your first session has taken place. Private Gatherings 14 days or more before your event: reschedule at no charge, or cancel for a full deposit refund. Less than 14 days before your event: your deposit is non-refundable, but it can be applied to a new date within 6 months. Life happens For genuine emergencies, such as illness or a family crisis, please reach out. One courtesy reschedule may be offered at QUIVR’s discretion.
