Cancellation Policy

QUIVR In-Person Event Policy All sales are final. Event tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash once purchased. Can’t make it? You’re welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend. Email QUIVRteam@quivr.global with their name at least 24 hours before the event. If QUIVR cancels or reschedules Cancelled event: you’ll receive a full refund. Rescheduled event: your ticket is honored on the new date. If you can’t attend, your ticket becomes a credit toward a future QUIVR event. 21+ events A valid photo ID is required at check-in for all events serving alcohol. Guests without valid ID won’t be admitted, and tickets won’t be refunded. Arrival Doors open at the listed start time. Late arrivals are welcome, but missed portions of the event can’t be refunded or credited. Community agreement QUIVR events are a respectful, shame-free space. Guests who disrupt the experience or make others feel unsafe may be asked to leave without a refund. What’s shared in the room stays in the room. Discounts Discount codes must be applied at checkout.
